BRIC Conference Code of Conduct

We value your participation, and want you to have the best experience attending BRIC2022. It is for this reason that all attendees, speakers, and volunteers associated with our conference are required to agree with this code of conduct. Cooperation is expected to provide a safe virtual environment for all participants. Organisers will enforce this code throughout the event.

BRIC2022 is dedicated to providing a safe, harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion (or lack thereof), or technology choices. We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form. For example, sexual language and imagery is considered inappropriate during conference sessions, including question/answer time or virtual collaboration among attendees, as well as online media relating to the event (for example, Twitter, Facebook, etc).

If you observe inappropriate behaviour, or have any concerns relating to this code of conduct, please contact a member of the BRIC Organizing Committee. Any participant violating this code will be removed immediately to ensure that attendees can enjoy the most safe virtual experience possible.  Or reach out to us at info at bric-conference.ca
